2024 VENDOR AND SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
Liberty Fest 2024 will be taking place in Heritage Park June 13-15th and we are recruiting interested vendors to make our festival the best one yet!
Please read the information below to identify the applicable vendor type. Vendors must commit to the days, times, and costs associated with their vendor type to secure attendance or sponsorship. If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please click on the Vendor Interest Form below and submit online. We are accepting interest forms now. If selected, exhibitor commitment forms will begin being sent the week of Monday, March 4th. (2023 Farmer's Market, Village Arts Factory, and Theatre artists/vendors in good standing are eligible for a discounted rate within the Liberty Fest Marketplace.)

Major Sponsor- Major sponsors can have a main part of the festival named after their business/organization. Becoming a major sponsor has many benefits, including but not limited to recognition on Township website and all marketing/press releases related to the festival as well as large signage on site. There are no requirements for being on site at the festival if you are a major sponsor, although that is an option if you choose. Sponsorship levels range from $1,000-$15,000.
Community Partner – Non-profit organizations, service groups, schools, and religious organizations, are invited to attend our Family Fun Fair and provide a free activity, craft, prize, game, or giveaway for festival goers on Saturday, June 15th from 12:00-8:00pm. This is a great way for organizations to engage with the community and spread the word about their work! There is no fee for participating although organizations must provide a service to festival goers as listed above. This option is best for those looking to make a direct connection to individuals and families.
Food/Drink- Food Trucks and Food Concession Vendors are invited to attend the festival during the following days and hours: - Thursday, June 13 from 1pm-10pm. Friday, June 14 from 1pm-11pm, and Saturday, June 15 from 12pm-10pm. Vendor locations within the park and festival grounds are to be determined by the Liberty Fest Committee. Electricity or water will not be provided on site. Vendor Fees: $100 deposit, and 20% commission check sent to Canton Leisure Services within 10 businesses days after end of the festival.
Craft/Artisan–Vendors selling handmade and homemade goods are invited to exhibit within the Marketplaces Blue and White Zones. Exhibition is required Friday, June 14th from 1:00pm to 6:00pm or after fireworks show at 11pm and Saturday, June 15th beginning at 10:00am to 6:00pm or after fireworks show at 11pm. Exhibition fees are based on foot traffic in the marketplace. The White Zone exhibition fee is $350. The Blue Zone exhibition fee is $250. Each zone includes one 10x10 tent,1 8’ table, 2 chairs, and advertising on the cantonfun.org webpage. There are a limited number of spots with electricity available for an additional $50. Please indicate on the interest form your electrical requirements.
Promotional/Business-Businesses looking to exhibit within the Liberty Fest Marketplace to promote sales and services (ex. Dentist, chiropractic, etc) have limited availability within the Red Zone. Exhibition fees are based on foot traffic in the marketplace. Exhibition is required Friday, June 14th beginning at 1:00pm and Saturday, June 15th beginning at 10:00am. This zone experiences high foot traffic from the festival at a fee of $500. Exhibition fee includes one 10x10 tent,1 8’ table, 2 chairs, and advertising on the cantonfun.org webpage.
Direct Sales-Direct sales organizations (ex. Cutco, Avon, and Scentsy, etc) are invited to exhibit in the Marketplace White Zone. Exhibition is required Friday, June 14th beginning at 1:00pm and Saturday, June 15th beginning at 10:00am. The White Zone exhibition fee is $350, and includes one 10x10 tent,1 8’ table, 2 chairs, and advertising on the cantonfun.org webpage. Juneteenth-Juneteenth Vendors can set up a 10 x 10 tent at our Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 15th from 3-10pm. The celebration includes a program presentation by Jack and Jill Incorporated- Ypsilanti Chapter, music, food, dancing and more! Black owned businesses, artists, resources, and more are invited to join. There is no cost to participate.
