Diana is a certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and also holds a Group Fitness certification with the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She has taught group fitness and Yoga classes in a wide variety of formats for more than 23 years and has had the pleasure of teaching at the Summit since 2006.
Maintaining optimum health through physical activity, exercise, balanced nutrition, adequate sleep, and mindfulness is a key tenet that Diana has shared throughout her years in fitness. She encourages everyone to recognize the multi-dimensional aspects of wellness and how their choices contribute to living a healthy life.
As your Health Coach, Diana will partner with you to develop personal and meaningful goals and strategies to help you attain a stronger, healthier lifestyle. Whatever healthful change you’re after, she’ll support you in your efforts to achieve improved overall wellness through lifestyle and behavior modifications that are purposeful, evidence-based, and attained through self-empowerment.
